Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GrindWill Social, an internal content scheduling tool operated by GrindWill Interactive (legal entity: Sadık Gel, sole proprietorship, Türkiye), handles data obtained from connected social media platforms.

Who uses the tool

The tool is used only by GrindWill team members to manage social media accounts owned or managed by GrindWill. It is not available to the public.

What data we access

• Basic profile information of the connected account (name, username, profile picture, account ID).
• Access tokens issued by the platform, used only to publish content we schedule.
• Content we upload and schedule (videos, images, captions) and its publishing status.
• Basic post and account statistics provided by the platform, where available.

How we use it

Data is used only to schedule and publish content to our own accounts and to show the team a shared calendar of planned and published posts. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on a server operated by GrindWill. Access tokens are stored securely and are only used to communicate with the respective platform's official API.

Platform terms

Our use of each platform's API follows that platform's terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to Google/YouTube data can be revoked at any time at Google security settings.

Data retention and deletion

When an account is disconnected from the tool, its access tokens are deleted. To request deletion of any data related to your account, email contact@grindwill.com and we will respond within 30 days.
